Terms of service
1. General Provisions
The online store joinnoya.com is operated by LOCALGROWTH SP. Z O.O., with its registered office at ul. Szczęsna 26, 02-454 Warsaw, Poland, KRS: 0000966086, NIP: 5223223277, REGON: 52176282100000 (the "Seller").
These Terms set out the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales agreements, returns and withdrawal, complaint procedures, and the protection of personal data.
2. Definitions
Terms – this document. Customer – any person using the Store. Store – the online service available at joinnoya.com. Seller – LOCALGROWTH SP. Z O.O. Product – the goods available in the Store's offer. Order Form – the form used to place an order. Cart – the area where a Customer manages products before placing an order.
3. Orders and Sales
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Orders are fulfilled from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, including facilities located outside the United States. All applicable import duties and customs fees are paid by us, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
All prices displayed in the Store are in U.S. dollars and include all applicable charges. Sales tax, where required, is calculated at checkout.
Orders can be placed through the form on the website or by email at contact@joinnoya.com.
An order confirmation is issued for every order. An invoice is available on request.
The Seller may refuse or cancel an order where a product or price was listed in error, where fraud or abuse of a promotion is suspected, or where the billing or shipping details cannot be verified. Paid orders cancelled by the Seller are refunded in full.
4. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from dispatch, giving a typical total of 6–12 business days from order to doorstep.
Deliveries take place on business days only.
The Customer should inspect the parcel on receipt.
Personal collection is not available.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by the methods shown there, including major credit and debit cards and the digital wallets supported by our checkout provider.
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. We do not offer cash on delivery or bank transfer payment.
6. Product Complaints
The Seller is responsible for delivering products that match their description and are free from defects.
If a Product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us by email at contact@joinnoya.com or by post to the Seller's registered address. Report the issue within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging.
We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. The Seller covers the costs of handling such a complaint, including return shipping where a return is requested.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or remedy available to you under the mandatory consumer protection law of your place of residence.
7. Returns and Withdrawal
The Customer has 90 days from receipt of the parcel to return an order. No reason needs to be given.
To make a return, contact us at contact@joinnoya.com. Once we have reviewed the request, our team will provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.
Refunds are issued once the returned Product has been received and approved. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Parcels sent to the company's registered address (ul. Szczęsna 26, Warsaw) will not be accepted. That address is a company registration address only.
Returns are not available for:
- personalized products,
- damage caused by the Customer,
- returns submitted without an order number or contact details.
8. Exchanges
To exchange a Product, return it in accordance with the rules described above and place a new order.
9. Order Cancellation
An order can be cancelled before it ships by contacting us by email.
Once an order has shipped, the 90-day return right applies instead.
Refunds do not cover charges for optional additional services, such as express shipping.
10. Uncollected Parcels
Once the carrier confirms the return of an uncollected parcel, the value of the order is refunded, excluding charges for optional additional services.
Such returns are processed within 14 days.
After 14 days from the parcel going uncollected with no contact from the Customer, the order may be treated as closed, unless a justified claim has been raised.
11. Reviews
Reviews and testimonials published in the Store describe the individual experiences of the people who wrote them. Results vary from person to person and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
Where a reviewer received a free product, a discount, or any other incentive in exchange for a review, that relationship is disclosed alongside the review.
We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not suppress or remove reviews because they are negative. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
12. Health and Product Information
NOYA products are dietary supplements intended for adults aged 18 and over. They are not medicines.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Nothing in the Store constitutes medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, in particular if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or living with a medical condition. Always read the label on the Product you receive.
13. Personal Data
The controller of personal data is the Seller.
Personal data is processed in order to fulfil orders and for the further purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
Every Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their data.

14. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
The NOYA name, logo, site design, text, and photography are owned by the Seller or its licensors. They may not be copied, scraped, or used commercially without written permission.
The Customer undertakes not to post unlawful content in the Store, and not to interfere with the operation of the Store or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's total liability in respect of any Product is limited to the amount paid for that Product. The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
This clause does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
16. Final Provisions
These Terms are available on joinnoya.com.
Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to Polish law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland.
Where these Terms conflict with mandatory legal provisions protecting consumers, those provisions prevail.
The Seller may update these Terms. The version in force at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
